Step 1
Log onto your portal, click on the "Profile" tab and select "Personal Details".

Click on your existing photo and a panel should pop up enabling you to search for and select the new photo you want. If you don't have a photo yet, click on the grey block instead.
Step 3
Select the photo you want and save your changes. But first, do you know what makes a great profile picture?
Here are some guidelines to follow:
The photo should be of your head and shoulders only
You should be neatly dressed and presentable (ensure that your hair isn't covering your eyes)
There is a neutral background behind you (avoid editing)
Ensure that you are smiling - this shows confidence and conveys friendliness to your clients
Your photo cannot be larger than 10 MB

Click Save!
