Managing Lesson Cancellations: What to Do

When a client cancels a lesson, we encourage you to inform your Support Manager immediately.

If your client needs to reschedule or cancel a lesson, we require a 6 business hours notice period as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Did your client cancel last minute?

  • Inform the Support Team immediately so that he/she can make the necessary changes to the lesson schedule

  • Ask the Support Team to address last-minute/little notice given/constant cancellations with the client.

  • Please do not provisionally confirm the lesson.

If clients give us less than 6 hours notice or aren't available for a lesson (wait no more than 15 minutes), that lesson credit won't count, and you'll still get paid for your time.

In the event you cannot get a hold of the Support Team, you can send them an email at: support@teachme2.com. Please do not attend lessons that are not on your schedule.

ALL changes will reflect on your online schedule via your tutor portal.
