Non-Retroactive: Please be aware that this adjustment is not retroactive and will not affect existing assignments. Compensation rates for ongoing tasks initiated before this announcement will remain unchanged.
Forward Momentum: For any new assignments undertaken after this announcement, the 6% increase will be implemented, reflecting our commitment to your ongoing efforts.
Hours Tutored: You are only eligible for this increase in the following instances.
After your first 25 hours of tutoring, your lesson rate will see a 3% increase.
After your first 50 hours of tutoring, your lesson rate will see another 3% increase.
