Rescheduling or Cancelling a Lesson
If you need to cancel or reschedule, provide at least 6 business hours notice before the lesson starts.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If a client cancels at the last minute, email support@teachme2.com to request a lesson forfeiture, and always include the reason. If short-notice cancellations happen often, ask the Support Team to address it with the client. Do not confirm lessons that didn’t take place.
Less Than 6-Hour Notice or No-Show
If a client cancels with less than 6 business hours notice or doesn’t show up (wait any more than 15 minutes), email support@teachme2.com to request a lesson forfeiture.
Do not attend unscheduled lessons.

Important Points
Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice/no-shows follow the forfeiture process.
When cancelling without enough notice, you should always reschedule the lesson.

Only attend scheduled lessons.
