I'm unable to log into my portal as there is an error saying "insufficient privileges"

How to fix it

Click on "Sign in as a different user" and use the email address that you used to sign up with Teach Me 2. If that isn't successful, try opening an incognito window and signing in again.

The “invalid email or password” message can pop up if you try to log in using an incorrect email address.

This may happen because:

a) You’re trying to use an email address that you did not register with

b) You made a typo,

or c) You have entered the incorrect password.

Whenever this happens, you’ll need to change your password using the password reset function. If you try to change the password but still receive the ‘Sorry. We could not complete your request message, then this is confirmation that you are using the wrong email address.

The “insufficient privileges” error also comes up whenever the system detects that you’re logging in at the wrong address.

Please note that for tutor applicants https://apply.teachme2.com is the login link, while for all accepted tutors http://tutor.teachme2.com is the login link.

Something to consider:

Your web browser and/or device also may not be compatible with our website. Google Chrome seems to work the best with our system, please consider using Chrome to see if it solves the problem!

You may also still be logged onto the website on another device or a different browser. Please be sure to log out on all other pages/devices and try again from the Chrome browser.
