Q: How can I help my client enter the online classroom?

A: We have put together a step-by-step article for clients which you can find here Clients receive this with their lesson schedule, however, it might be helpful for you, as the tutor, to familiarise yourself with it so you can help them if needed.

Q: Am I able to use other platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp call and Google Meet for lessons?

A: In special circumstances, we do sometimes permit this. However, you will need to discuss this and agree with the support team and client before lessons commence.

Q: Can I request a recording of my online lesson for Lessonspace?

A: Yes, absolutely! Merely reach out to the Support Team or Tutor Experience Team with the lesson information (date, time, and lesson number), and we will forward the recording to you.

Q: How do I upload documents and videos to Wetransfer for my online classroom demo?

Q: The Lessonspace is not working. How do I troubleshoot this before raising it with the Support Team?

A: There are two main reasons for this:

  1. Either the servers for the Lessonspace are down (in which case, please contact the support team for the job to inform them) or...

  2. Your antivirus software is causing connection issues to the website.

Please be sure to turn off all antivirus software when conducting lessons (for example, please see the animation below on how to turn off Avast)
