Starting lessons with a new tutor can be scary and so giving a new client a call before the first lesson can put everyone at ease and start lessons off on a positive and professional note.
We always recommend giving your client a call before lessons commence.
It's an opportunity to:
- Introduce yourself
- Ask what they'd like to focus on during their first lesson
- Check if there are any special directions you need
- Ensure you have all the information you need to adequately prepare for the lesson
You'll find your client's contact details on the lesson schedule that was emailed to you.
In order to find a time that is suitable for you to call them, send them a Whatsapp or text message beforehand and arrange a time.
